About Give A Little
Give A Little supply the contactless payment method used in our Church and have been working in digital fundraising since 2016 when they partnered with BT to develop Digital Tin – the first contactless donation solution incorporating a touch screen.
Well-known charities including Comic Relief, Cancer Research and UNICEF have benefitted from Give A Little’s system; however, it was soon recognised that smaller charities would benefit from an economical contactless donation solution.
Give A Little services charities of all sizes and provides a GDPR, PCI & PCI-DSS compliant point of donation.
More information about the company can be found on the Give A Little website.
Raise funds for QMC as you shop
Quinton Methodist Church has teamed up with Give as you Live Online who provide a free and easy way to raise funds for charities simply by shopping online.
It costs nothing to join and there are over 4,000 stores taking part in the scheme, including well-known names such as M&S, Boots, Argos, B&Q, Sky and John Lewis. After signing up it’s just a matter of visiting the Give as you Live page and selecting the store where you wish to shop. You are then sent to the store’s website where you shop in the normal way. In this way any purchases you make will automatically generate funds for the Church.

About the Give as you Live scheme
Give as you Live Online raises money for charities at no cost to the shopper when they use the Give as you Live portal to access and then make a purchase at a participating store.
The donation to the specified charity comes from the store by way of a ‘thank you’ commission and monies are paid to the charity monthly.
Over 200,000 charities benefit from the scheme ranging from well-known national organisations to local charities, schools and churches.
